Salary Statement:

This position typically pays $13.21 per hour, depending on qualifications, limited to working 180 calendar days.

About the Job:

The DOE Intern will assist the Indiana Department of Education's Director of Legislative Affairs during the 2023 legislative session.

A Day in the Life:

What You'll Need for Success:

Current college student
Interest in education policy
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Google Docs 
Ability to take initiative/self-start
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic understanding of the legislative process
