The position serves as a subject matter expert in the processing of business filing, filing requirements, filing procedures and state forms within the Business Services Division. The position serves as a subject matter expert in knowledge articles used to answer constiuent calls. 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure that all INBiz and constituent emails are responded to in an accurate and timely fashion

· Assist with Knowledge Article Management (creation, review and approval of email templates)

· Serve as subject matter expert for email templates, filing requirements and procedures for all Business Services filings

· Serve as subject matter expert for ticketing process, knowledge articles for call center agents

· Serve as a subject matter expert on INBiz applications

· Assist with maintaining INBiz and SOS web content

· Assist with the creation of manuals with step-by-step instructions for INBiz related items for constituents or staff

· Assist with Notary issues escalted to Professional Liscening Agency

- Assist with business entity filings

· Serve as backup for notary filings

· Serve as backup for Constistuent Services Tier II Support

· Serve as a backup for Authentications

· Serve as a backup for Work Order Clerk

· Serve as a backup for UCC filer

- Assist with training with new staff

· Perform related duties as assigned


· Detail oriented

· Excellent typing skills

· Ability to process work with little to no typing errors

· Ability to communicate with other staff members, constituents and supervisor

· Ability to communicate by email and phone

· Strong writing skills

· Strong organization and interpersonal skills

· Escalate business issues appropriately to supervisor

· Willing/eager to learn new applications as they are developed

· Ability to work independently or as a team

· Self motivated

- Identify technical issues with applications and report them appropriately  

Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports:
This role does not provide direct supervision to direct reports.
Compensation Data

Annual Salary Range for this position is $35,000.00- $40,000.00

If this is an Intermittent position, the position does not offer benefits and is limited to 180 working days in an eleven (11) month continuous period.
