Role Overview:
Salary:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $40,404.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.

A Day in the Life:
Responsibilities include:
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support that includes assessment, incident documentation, troubleshooting, password resets, other documented processes and escalation for events that are impacting critical systems.
- Define job schedules based on complex scheduling requirements and monitor execution of the defined workflows.
- Ensure timely completion of production cycles.
- Act as a liaison between Systems Admin teams and customers to coordinate system maintenance activities.
- Responsible for the timely completion of production batch cycles and interface with clients in the scheduling and running of production jobs as needed.
- Takes actions for critical alerts that are generated for various distributed systems and respond based on predefined policy and procedures.

What You'll Need for Success:
Individuals in this role should minimally be able to articulate or demonstrate the following:
- Ability to understand and apply workload automation and job scheduling concepts.
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
A degree is not required. However, a High School Diploma or High School Equivalent (HSE) and at least 1+ years of experience at a Data Center/NOC Operations, IT Operations, or equivalent experience applying the outlined knowledge, skills, and abilities in a similar role may be considered.
