About the Job:

As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for working within an office environment to support your agency with the required tasks to complete the position’s responsibilities. In this position, you will be responsible for performing job related duties using established procedures. In this role, you will work closely with your supervisor and can gain additional skills to further your career growth. 

A Day in the Life:

This person must have the following requirements to be considered for employment: 

  • Basic knowledge of office administration functions. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing. 
  • Ability to pay attention to details and priories work. 
  • Ability to establish cooperative work relationships. 
  • Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
