Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $ 25,766.00 per year.

About the Job:

As the Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day program needs of a specific program. 

A Day in the Life:

The essential functions of this role are as follows: 

  • Compile information relative to the assigned program area. 
  • Coordinate correspondence for information requests. 
  • Organize and maintain current and historical files related to the program. 
  • Organize program reports, and applications, and maintain consultative services. 
  • Maintain and organize program assets. 
  • Prepare all program-related training materials.

What You'll Need for Success:

You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment: 

  • General knowledge of the program area. 
  • Basic knowledge of the rules and regulations about the assigned program area and its effects on other agency operations. 
  • Ability to gather and compile program materials. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively. 
  • Ability to operate effectively in a group decision-making process. 
  • Tact in dealing with other agency personnel and the public. 
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles. 

Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports:

This role does not provide direct supervision to direct reports.
